Your directory brief
The planning tool works in your browser. Its answers are not sent to Hark or saved by this website. Downloading a brief saves a text file to your device. Closing the tab clears the form.
Contacting Hark
The enquiry form sends your name, email address, organisation, chosen topic and message to Hark so we can respond. Cloudflare processes the form and Resend handles email delivery to our enquiry inbox. Your message is kept in our email systems for handling your enquiry; the website does not add you to a marketing mailing list. You can contact us about access to or deletion of information you have sent. Email links also let you contact us through your email application. Please do not send patient information or other sensitive health information.
Documentation access
When you request documentation access, we use your name, email and organisation to verify your email and manage access. Optional role and interest details help us understand what you need. Verified registrations and the requested guide are stored in Hark’s application database and are visible to authorised platform staff. Sign-in and access changes are recorded for security. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days; application sign-ins may expire sooner. Unused verification links expire after 15 minutes. Access does not subscribe you to marketing, and we do not track a detailed history of which articles you read. We retain your registration while managing your documentation access; contact hello@hark.health to request access, correction or deletion of your details.
Website delivery
This website uses Cloudflare to deliver its pages and media. Hosting providers process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Links to directories and the staff portal open separate services with their own account and information-handling arrangements.
